Placing Orders

Please understand that I’m only 11 and have school and doctor’s appointments, so it might take up to three days to respond to your messages.
Chocolate pick-up is typically Wednesday from 3 PM to 8 PM, unless otherwise arranged. Same-day pick-up might be possible depending on my schedule and inventory
Refunds
Due to the time and care invested in each order, refunds are not provided. Once picked up, orders are considered accepted. While minor variations in color or design are possible, major order errors will be corrected at the time of pickup. Issues discovered after pickup must be reported immediately. Refunds or credits may be issued for significant flavor errors. Custom orders require specific details to avoid misunderstandings.
Client Responsibility & Product Care
Chocolates are stored in coolers and provided with ice packs for safe transport. Please refrigerate until serving. Handle chocolates with care to prevent damage. Avoid exposing chocolates to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or heat sources. Proper storage and handling are essential to maintain product quality.

Order Pick up
Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date and time. You may reschedule your order once. Failure to pick up your order after the second scheduled time will result in order forfeiture. Deposits and payments are non-refundable in case of order forfeiture.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The deposit will be applied to your total cost, with the remaining balance due at pick-up. I accept Venmo and Cashapp, or you can use the secure payment portal on my website.
